Hi I would like to know the percentage requirement for the Zakir Hussain College affiliated to Delhi University for admission t the undergraduate courses?

Zakir Husain Delhi College has always stood steadfast as a champion of some basic values which have acquired greater relevance in contemporary times. Gradually it has evolved a culture of understanding and respect for difference of caste, creed and religion.

Admission to Undergraduate Courses

The following examinations have been acknowledged by the university of Delhi as the basis of granting admission to different under-graduate courses:

• Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi or an examination acknowledged as equivalent thereto.

• Indian School Certificate Examination (Class XII) of the council of Indian school certificate Examination, New Delhi

• Pre-University Examination (Two Years), after ten years of schooling of an Indian university acknowledged by the University of Delhi

• Intermediate Examination of an Indian university/Board or an examination acknowledged as equivalent thereto.

Admission to under-graduate courses in B.A. (Hons.), B.Com. (Hons.), B.A. and B.Com is completed on the basis of four best relevant subjects at the Senior Secondary Examination.

Admission to under-graduate courses in B.Sc (Hons.) and B.Sc is completed on the basis of three relevant science subjects at the senior secondary examination.

Admission to B.A. and B.Com course is completed after taking into consideration a proper distribution of student among compulsory Modern Indian language. Aspirants should have studied one of these language upto class X.

B.A.(Hons.)/B.Com(Hons.)
45%

B.A. (Hons.)/B.Sc(Hons.) in Mathematics
45% with 50% in Mathematics

B.Sc.(Hons.) (Botany/Zoology)
55% (PCB/BT)

B.Sc(Hons.) (Chemistry/Electronics)
55% (PCM)

B.Sc.(Life Sciences)
45% (PCB/BT)

B.Sc(Physical Science)
45% (PCM)
