PEC University of Technology (in the past Punjab Engineering College (PEC) having its roots in Lahore as Mugalpura Engineering College since 1921, moved to its present grounds in 1953 as PEC associated to Panjab University.

Grounds

The school grounds reaches out over a territory of 146 sections of land of the area arranged near the delightful Shivalik slopes. The grounds is isolated into different useful zones like inns, Main College Building, Administration Block, Residential Complex for staff and workforce and a strip mall. Notwithstanding Lecture theaters, instructional exercise rooms and drawing corridors, the school has an Auditorium, library, PC focus, perusing rooms, workshops and all around prepared research centers. The school has extensive play areas, tennis courts, squash courts, swimming pool, exercise center and an understudies focus. There is a branch of State Bank Of India and a mail station in the grounds. Sufficient Hostel offices for both young men and young ladies are accessible in the grounds
