The National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development (NABARD) is recruiting Assistant Managers (Grade A) to fill various vacancies of PO.

Important dates:

Application Begins 13th March 2018
Application Closes 2nd April 2018
Prelims Exam 12th May 2018
Mains Exam 6th June 2018

NABARD Career Profile Salary and Perks:
Grade A

Basic Pay Rs.28150/- p.m.
Pay Scale: 28150-1550(4) -34350-1750(7) 46600 EB 1750(4)- 53600-2000(1)-55600
Monthly Gross Emoluments Rs.55587/- (approximately).
Other Allowances: It includes Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance.
These allowances can be changed as per the rules & according to the time.

Grade B
Basic Pay Rs. 35150/- p.m
Pay Scale Rs.35150 1750 (9) 50900 EB 1750(2) 54400 2000 (4) 62400
Monthly Gross Emoluments Rs.66,864/- (approximately).
Other Allowances It includes Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance.
These allowances can be changed as per the rules & according to the time.

In-hand salary

Assistant Manager: 55,587/-

Manager: 66,864/-

Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28150/- p.m. in the scale of 28150-1550(4) -34350-1750(7) 46600 EB 1750(4)- 53600-2000(1)-55600 applicable to Officers in Grade A and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs.55587/.

Responsibilities
Grade A

Carry out clerical/managerial/any other task assigned by the CGM
Dealing with policy issues of various state and central government programs related to Agriculture & Rural development
Liaison with Banking Industry and the State Government, that encompass the activities in rural areas
Work under the Manager & do clerical work

Grade B
Develop & Maintain relationships with customers
Develop & approve bank loans
Monitor accounting procedures followed by the bank
Ensure smooth functioning of the office and its employees
Monitor several projects at the same time (multitasking)
Coordinate with other departments & facilitate inter-departmental assignments
