Passing Marks In 12th RBSE

The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan was setup in 1957 with responsibility for promotion and development of secondary education in Rajasthan state through the examinations conducted by them.

Passing marks requirement
There are basically five subjects in Central Board of Secondary Education 10+2 board examinations.

One may opt for some other optional subjects also which are:-
Mathematics or biology.

Physics.

Chemistry.

English.

Any optional subject of own choice.

Theory examination is held for each subject but practical examination is held for Physics, Chemistry and Biology only.

For Physics, Chemistry and Biology, out of 70 marks, a candidate needs to score 23 marks to pass in these papers and in practical exam, out of 30 marks, one needs to score 33% which means 10.

A candidate needs to score overall 33% to pass the exam.

Similarly in mathematics or english, you need to score 33% marks.
