Mysore University is a type of public state university.
It was established in the year 1916.
It is located in Mysore, Karnataka, India.
It is affiliated by UGC, NAAC, AIU.

As you have asked about the part time PhD of Mysore University, I want to tell you that Faculty of Education offers part time PhD.
It is a 4 year course.
The admission is through online test.

Conditions of Eligibility:
1. Applicants who have secured at least 55% of total marks(50% for SC/ST/Cat-1 candidates) or equal grade under grading system, In their Master’s Degree or equivalent examination from the recognised Universities/Institutions.
2. There is no upper age limit for applying for the Ph.D. entrance test.
3. The applicants have to satisfy other eligibility conditions as stipulated in the regulations.

Exemptions:

The Following applicants are excused from the entrance test and they can apply for Provisional Registration by consulting a guide in the subject of their interest.
(i) The applicants who have UGC/CSIR JRF fellowships through UGC/CSIR NET Examinations.
(ii) Applicants who have completed M.Phil. course are also excused from the entrance test, provided the M.Phil. course was through an Entrance Examination.
(iii) Foreign Nationals with Indian/Foreign Degree

I have completed my Masters this march and currently working. i want to pursue part time phd hence i have two concern:

1) i am a tibetan born in india, karnataka so do i come under foreign applicant or a general applicant?

2)what will be the subject for management studies and fees structure for 4 years of study?
