Process to Fill Online Application Form for PHD program at IIT Kharagpur:

STEP-I :
Fill in the online application form

Candidate have to register with Email Id and Login.

Then fill in the appropriate data.

Candidate have to upload testimonials wherever it is required to validate information along with digital photograph and signature.

STEP-II :
Make payment and submit application

Payment of application fee has to be made through online payment gateway only.

Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.

STEP-III :
Take Print

After final submission of online application, Candidate will be able to generate online application print with specific details/data.

Application print may be retained for future requirement.

There is not need to send the application by post.

Candidate can check submission, shortlisting, selection and other application related status from Application Status menu.
