qualifications/appointments are approved by the University.


Teacher applicant working in the University Departments.

Teacher applicant working in Polytechnic approved by the Director
of Technical Education or in Higher Secondary School and High
Schools approved by the State Board or Central Board of Secondary
Education or Education Instructors of I.A.F.(within Madras
University area) who possess Master’s Degree provided those who
have qualified for the Master’s degree on or after
01-01-1991 and have secured 55% of marks. In the case of those
who have qualified for the Master’s degree prior to 01-01-1991, no
minimum marks is prescribed.
