Kerala Government organized Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) to select teachers for Category I (Lower Primary Classes) Category II (Upper Primary Classes) Category III (High School Classes) and Category IV (for Language).

Important Dates of KTET 2015

Starting Date to Apply Online: 10-08-2015

Last Date to Apply Online for Step-I Registration: 24-08-2015.

Last Date to Apply Online for Step-II Registration: 26-08-2015.

Issue of Online Hall Ticket: 15-09-2015 onwards.

Category I: 03-10-2015 Saturday From 10:00 A.M-12:30 P.M
Category II: 03-10-2015 Saturday From 02:00 P.M-04:30 P.M
Category III: 17-10-2015 Saturday From 10:00 A.M-12:30 P.M
Category IV: 17-10-2015 Saturday From 02:00 .PM-04:30 P.M

Kerala TET Details:

Eligibility

Age Limit: There is no age limit prescribed for candidates appearing for K-TET.

Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for Kerala TET should possess following educational qualifications:

Category I: Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks

Category II: B.A/B.Sc./B.Com and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education/ Trained Teachers’ Certificate (TTC)

Category III: (i). BA/BSc/B.Com with at least 45% marks and a B.Ed. Degree in the subject concerned

Examination Fee:

Candidates have to pay the examination fee of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred only) and Rs. 250 for reserved categories.
