Attended the first convention on PLANNER 03, at NEHU, organized by, Inflibnet Centre, in collaboration with North Eastern Hill University in December 2003.

Attended the National Commission for Women sponsored regional seminar on “Economic Empowerment of Rural Women of North East India: Problems and Prospects.” organized by the Centre for Women’s Studies, Dibrugarh University, Assam in December 2005.

Presented a paper entitled” Issues of Women Emancipation and Empowerment: Library as an agent of change” in the national seminar on Women Emancipation, Education and Empowerment, organised by NE-ICSSR, Shillong on 5th and 6th June 2006.
