As you want to get the details of are outsiders eligible for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) so here it is for you: I want to tell you that yes outsiders are eligible for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) Karnataka CET 2014 Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed class 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Candidates must have Chemistry / Bio-technology / Computer-Science / Electronics / Biology as optional subjects with English as one of the languages of study. Candidates must have passed class 12th with minimum of 45% in aggregate in optional subjects to meet the KCET 2014 Eligibility Criteria. Karnataka CET 2014 Application Fees: Fees for general category is Rs. 650 (Rs 500 for SC, ST and OBC). Application Fee can be paid via: Bank challan or DD in favour of "Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority", payable at Bangalore.
