Osmania University Phd Telugu Syllabus

I want to take admission in Phd Telugu at Osmania University and for that I have to appear in Pre-Ph.D. Test . Will you please provide the Pre-Ph.D. Test syllabus/ pattern ?

Osmania University conducts Pre-Ph.D. Test for the admission into Phd Telugu course .

Eligibility:

i)Master’s Degree in the concerned or in an allied subject with 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST students ); and

ii) Qualified in UGC-CSIR / NET / GATE or SLET examination

OR

iii) M.Phil Degree in concerned or in an allied subject

OR

iv)Published atleast two research papers in standard journals recognized by the university

Duration of the Course:

The duration of the course is four years for part-time research scholars and three years for full-time research scholars

Syllabus and the mode of Examination

The Pre- Ph.D. test comprises of two papers, each of three hours duration and 100 marks.

Paper-I Research Methodology

Paper-II Broad Field of Research

Paper-I will be common to all students in the department

Paper-II will be on broad area of research specialization.

Syllabus will be prepared by respective Boards of Studies
