The Osmania University is a public state university located in Hyderabad, India, founded in 1918.

It is the seventh oldest university in India, and the first to be established in the erstwhile princely State of Hyderabad.

The Osmania University is offers various full-time and distance education courses at UG, PG, and research levels.
