I want to do orientation programmes in Kannur University so can you please provide me the application form for this?

Human Resource Development Centre, Kannur University was conducted an Orientation Programme for University/College teachers (Govt./Aided/Unaided/on contract) from 13th January to 11th February 2016.

Orientation Programme application form-







Application should be forwarded through proper channel.

Incomplete applications will be rejected.

Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- should be in favour of Director, UGC-HRDC, Kannur University payable at SBT Kannur University Campus Branch from any Nationalised Bank.

If DD drawn on any other nationalized bank, a collection charge of Rs.50/- has to be included(Rs.1050/-) Participant should enter the Course Name, Phone Number, Mobile Number, E-mail id. since admission will be sent by E-mail in most of the cases.
