Module II : Organizational Behaviour Process : Communication –Importance, Types, Gateways and Barriers to Communication, Communication as a tool for improving Interpersonal Effectiveness, Groups in Organizations –Nature, Types, Why do people join groups, Group Cohesiveness and Group Decision-making Managerial Implications, Effective Team Building.
