The Indira Gandhi National Open University also known as IGNOU, is a distance learning national university located in IGNOU road, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi, India.

IGNOU University also offers admission into its Management Programmes on the basis of an entrance test known as IGNOU OPENMAT.

This entrance test is held twice in a year.

The OPENMAT will test your ability in the following fields:

General Awareness
English Language
Quantitative Aptitude
Reasoning

Last date to submit the Application Form for phase 2 exam (XXXIX) 15 December 2015
Date of IGNOU OPENMAT 2016 (XXXIX) 28 February 2016
Date of issue of Admit Card for IGNOU OPENMAT 2016 Around 18 February 2016
Availability of Hall Ticket online 15 February 2016
IGNOU OPENMAT 2016 Result Within 6-7 weeks from the date of conduct of the OPENMAT examination

Last date to submit the Application Form alongwith Result Card, Identity proof, and other relevant documents for phase 1 exam 30 November 2015 – 31 May 2016
