You are looking for the details regarding the online application form for the Online Application Form for Gitam University. So I want to tell you that the period for admission was started from December 5, 2014 and ends at March 31, 2015. So you cannot apply now for the exam.

The admission is on the basis of the GAT exam. This exam is also over the important dates of the exam was:

Last date for receipt of filled-in Applications 31st March 2015
Online Slot Booking 09th to 15th April 2015
Download of E-Hall-Tickets 09th April 2015 onwards
Online Tests at different Centres 20th April to 10th May 2015
Announcement of Test Results 16th May 2015

Eligibility:

The candidates must be passed in Intermediate or 10+2 examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (50% aggregate marks for B.Arch/B.Pharm) in mathematics.

For take Admission in MBBS Course Candidates must have Qualified GMET Test

For it Here I am providing information about GMET test :

Age:

Candidates should have attained or will attain the age of 17 (seventeen) years

Qualification:

Candidates must have studied in a recognized school and passed 12th Class under the 10+2 Scheme/ Senior School Certificate Examination CBSE/ ISE/ Intermediate of Govt. of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana or an equivalent Examination of a recognized Board and passed not earlier than March, 2011 and obtained 50% marks aggregate of Biology (Botany & Zoology), Chemistry and Physics.


Registration Fee:

The fee for Online Registration and Entrance Test is Rs. 1,000/- for boys (Rs. 600/- for girls) to be paid through Demand Draft drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of GITAM University, payable at Visakhapatnam, which is non-refundable and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
