The Andhra Pradesh Forest Department (APFD) has published a Recruitment Notification 2016 for Forest Section Officers (FSO), Forest Beat Officers (FBO), Assistant Beat Officers (ABO), Thanadars, Bunglow Watchers and Technical Assistant Posts Department Posts.

Age for the Posts of Forest Section Officer / Forest Beat Officer / Assistant Beat Officer / Bunglow Watcher / Thanadar - bare minimum 18 years Maximum 30 years as on 01.07.2015. The upper age limit for the applicant belonging to SC / ST and BC candidates is 35 years as on 01.01.2016.

Age For The Posts Of Technical Assistant - bare minimum 18 years Maximum 36 years as on 01.07.2015. The upper age limit for the applicant belonging to SC / ST and BC candidates is 41 years as on 01.01.2016

AP Forest Department Post Wise Physical Measurements:

For Men
1. He should not less than 163 Cms in height.
2. He has 79 Cms around the Chest on expiration and must have on full inspiration an Expansion of not less than 5 Cms and

For Women
1. She must be not less than 150 Cms in height
2. She has 74 Cms around the chest on expiration and must have on full inspiration an expansion of not less than 5 Cms

Written Examination

Entrance examination consisting of three (3)papers
Essay Writing in English or Telugu or Urdu. This test will be of one (1) hour period and maximum marks of 20
General Knowledge .This test will be of one and Half hour (90 min) duration and maximum marks of 100
General Mathematics. This test will be of one and Half hour (90 min) duration and maximum marks of 100

Certificate Verification - Applicants have to produce Original documents and other particulars on the day of verification date itself for verification as and when required and called for.
