Firstly go to the official website of IGNOU which looks like of this image-



Here on this page at the top you will see the tab of “Forms” select this tab the new page will open which looks like of this image



Now on this page at the left side you will see the section of forms from this select the tab of “Admission Form”

Now again new page will open which looks like of this image




On this page at the bottom select the tab “Click here to fill Online Admission Form”

Then you will get your form but it is not available now because admissions are over.
