I want to get the details of the latest notification of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) for Invitation of Bids for Solar Street Lights so can you please provide me?

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) invites bids from reputed agencies for installation, commissioning and subsequent AMC for Solar Street Lights at various locations in India.

Agencies will be empaneled for each sector (North, West, South, East and North East) and the approximate job volume for each sector is likely to be around 500 per year for each sector.

Three agencies will be empanelled for each sector and for a period of two years

The pre-qualification criteria for an agency to submit its bid is as follows:

The bid has to be accompanied with the MNRE certificate/ documentation/ rating ascertaining the credentials of the bidder. Bids without certification/rating and relevant experience will be summarily rejected.

Details of jobs related to installation of solar lights implemented during last 5 years with copy of work order/job order, etc. is to be submitted.

Bidders to substantiate with documents it manufacturing/servicing unit data.

The specifications of the solar lights will be as follows: SOLAR LED Street Light – 24 watts

Luminary Efficiency – 100% Clear Tiffin Glass Output

Hours of Usage – 12 hours/day with life more than 50,000 hours

Load – 288 watts hrs./day

Tubular Battery 12 V, 75 AH or more. (Make-Exide/Amaron/Panasonic/Luminous)

Battery Autonomy (Backup) – 3 days

Height of the pole – 5 metres (Galvanized Iron pole with powered coating & ISI Brand cabling)

Solar Panel - Multi Crystalline MNRE approved with efficiency more than 12% 8. Solar PV panel 12V – 75 watts peak
