Eligibility for ONGC Graduate Trainee Recruitment 2017

Age Eligibility:
For Drilling & Cementing: Max. 28 years (For OBC: 31 YEARS & SC/ST: 33 years) For all Others: Max. 30 years (For OBC: 33 YEARS & SC/ST: 35 years)
For PWD: Gen: Max. 40 years (For OBC: 43 YEARS & SC/ST: 45 years)
Relaxation of age will be applicable to Departmental candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification
Min. 60% in Graduation Engineering/Science in relevant disciplines
For Programming Officer: Pass in ‘B' level diploma as defined by Dept. of Electronics and GOI


Selection Process for ONGC Graduate Trainee Recruitment 2017

The selection process will comprise of the following:

a) GATE-2017: One with essential qualification for the posts should have appeared in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2017

b) The GATE-2017 score in the subject mentioned against the posts of ONGC is considered for short listing the candidates for the further selection process of Personal Interview as per the criteria decided by the Management

Pay Scale
Fixed monthly pay band along with grade pay, all other emoluments will be provided to the contenders short listed for ONGC Graduate Trainee Recruitment 2017.
