The Master of Business Logistics Engineering (MBLE) is designed to enable to enter the job market equally comfortable with logistics strategy, the management of logistics operations, and engineering tasks such as facility design and implementation of logistics technology. Admissions The Master of Business Logistics Engineering (MBLE) program admits new student cohorts each Autumn Semester only. There is no Spring admission. Application Requirements Academic Credentials and Transcripts One (1) official transcript or record (degree certificate, provisional certificate, mark sheets) of all university academic course work is required. It should include all work previously completed and work currently in progress. Test Scores One needs to take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). Both the GRE and GMAT are acceptable for program admission. While there is no minimum score, one must have scored at least in the 80th percentile on the quantitative portion of either test. If one is an international applicant, one will also need to show proficiency in English by taking the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), the Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB), or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test unless you are from an English-speaking country. The MBLE program requires the minimum scores for each of the English proficiency test; 1) 100/TOEFL (IBT), 2) 85/MELAB test, and 3) 7.5/IELTS. One is exempt from taking an English proficiency test such as, TOEFL, MELAB, or IELTS, if one has established citizenship in one of the countries- Australia, Belize, the British Caribbean and British West Indies, Canada (except Quebec), England, Guyana, Ireland, Liberia, New Zealand, Scotland, Wales, and The United States. US Green Card holders are exempt from taking the test if have held the Green Card at least one year prior to their term of enrolment. If one has received 4 year bachelor degree from one of the countries listed above, then one is also exempt from taking an English proficiency test. One is not exempt if attended a university in a country not listed above, and primary language of instruction was English. It is not required that one has a degree completed at the time apply for admission. However, one must have completed degree prior to term of enrolment. Detailed Resume Providing Resume gives an opportunity to showcase employment history, extracurricular and/or community activities, language skills, and military record, if applicable. The program views work experience as desirable but not necessary. Statement of Purpose This statement should outline graduate study goals and plans, career plans, experience and any special circumstances that need explaining. Letters of Recommendation 3 letters of recommendation are required. Non-refundable Application Processing Fee The application fee is $60 (U.S. Dollars) for United States citizens, permanent residents, or asylees, and $70 (U.S. Dollars) for international students.
