I have applied for counseling for MCA Program from IGNOU. So I want to get information about the counseling procedure for MCA Program. I think the OCMS is an online portal for Counseling for all Programs offers by IGNOU. So provide me official web address OCMS Online Portal to get information about seat allotment.
