OBC Quota in Calcutta University

I am OBC Candidate and want to know about criteria for OBC Quota in University of Calcutta so please give me details?

OBC (OBC-A & OBC-B) reservation (except creamy layer) will be 2% of the total non sponsored seat for the year 2014 as additional seat.

OBC student getting admission should obtain marks in the previous qualifying examination in the relevant last qualifying examination not lower than 10% than that obtained by the last candidate admitted of general category.
