NTPC Wage Structure

Provide the Wage structure of all employees of NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation). I want to join this organization, but firstly I want to know about salary and wages given to its all employees. Give me some tentative ideas about the salary for Grade III and Grade II employees of NTPC.

The remunerations of employees are fixed through negotiations with Employee’s Union subject to the overall guidelines of Department of Public Enterprises, Government of India.
