NRI Quota TNAU

Is there any Industry Sponsorship / Non Resident Indian (NRI) Quota for admission available at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, bcoz I live an Indian & shifted to Dubai, again back to India & get admission on TNAU, so please provide detailed information about that??
