The objectives of the MBA program are to prepare officers for management positions within the Department of Defense by providing them with professional knowledge and skills and to develop broad critical-thinking and analytical abilities that will benefit students in their futures careers.

Admission requirements:
Lt Commander (O4) and above (805) with Department Head tour completed, Lieutenants admitted by exception
Civilians GS-12 and above (807), or middle-level management experience
Undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university
APC of 245 (GPA > 2.6)
