Notification for Indian Forest Service Exam

When will Union Public Service Commission publish a Notification for the Indian Forest Service Exam? Provide the Indian Forest Service Exam eligibility conditions.

Indian Forest Service Exam is directed by Union Public Service Commission once in a year.

The Indian Forest Service Examination will consist of two successive stages

Preliminary Examination

Main Examination (Written and Interview)

Eligibility Criteria :

Applicants must be a citizen of India .

Applicants must have obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, botany, zoology, geology, mathematics, physics, statistics, veterinary science and animal husbandry; or

who Applicants hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, forestry, or agriculture; or

Applicants must have obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery.

The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained 30 years of age

The upper age limit relaxed by 3 years for OBC Applicants and 5 years for SC/ST Applicants

Applicants must be physically fit according to physical standards .
