PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

There is no provisional booking; booking is confirmed only after payment is done.
For any Instrument, booking will be opened before 1 month and closed before 48 hrs.
Cancellation of booking: before 48 hrs.
If booking is cancelled due to any Technical Fault after submission of payment, it will be adjusted in the next available slot/day.
Instrument usage fee will be submitted in the form of Draft (in favor of “DBT-IPLS MAINTENANCE FUND”) payable at Kolkata.

BOOKING RULES:

Non-IPLS CU & Outsider booking is open only on Friday.
For any Instrument, 3 consecutive slots/days not allowed.
Cancellation before 48 hrs.
Clinical samples not allowed.
