North Bengal University is a UGC Recognized, AICTE Approved public university which was established in 1962. Department of Law is located in the South Campus of the University of North Bengal and has an independent building of its own with a sprawling and exclusive campus. Courses offered: Under graduate courses: BA.LLB (Hons.) (5 years) (80 seats) Post graduate courses: LL.M (2 years) (25 seats) Key dates: MODE OF APPLICATION Online & Offline Both START DATE - END DATE 01st Sep, 2019 - 08th Sep, 2019 Eligibility LLB BA.LLB (Honours): Eligibility: Applicants should have passed the higher secondary (10+2) examination held by the West Bengal Council from this university or any other university. Applicants should have obtained at least 55% of aggregate marks in qualifying examinations and 50% marks (in case of SC/ST category Applicants) Applicants age should not be more than 20 years in case of general category Applicants and 22 years (in case of SC/ST category Applicants) LLM Applicants must possess bachelors degree in law from this university or any other recognized university Applicants should have secured minimum 55% aggregate of marks in the qualifying examinations and 50% marks (for SC/ST category candidates).
