As you are asking for English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad Non Formal Courses, so I would like to say in addition to its regular academic programmes, EFL University also offers the following part- time courses and Training Programmes in English come under Non Formal Courses .

I. 160 Hour Basic Proficiency Course in English
Its for anyone who has a working knowledge of English and wishes to improve on his/her existing skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening. Classes for this programme are usually held early in the morning (7-9 am) or late in the evening (6-8 pm). Two such Proficiency courses are run every year.

The details of the programme are given below.
(i) Programme 1: 1 January – 30 April
(ii) Programme 2: 15July – 15 November

II. 80-hour Advanced Proficiency Course in English
This course is meant for people who have completed the 160-Hour Proficiency Course or for those whose English is reasonably good. Two programmes will be on offer each year.

(i) Programme I: January 15 – March 15 every year
(ii) Programme II: July 15 to September 15 every year

III. One-month proficiency Courses in English
IV.A. Short-duration courses in Spoken English are also offered depending upon the demand.
B: The following Training Programmes and Services are offered on request
1) Training programmes in English Language for Educational Institutions/Corporate Houses
2) Teacher training programmes in English Language Teaching for Educational Institutions.
3) Trainer Training Programmes for English Language Teaching.
4) Editing of Official / Research and Translation Documents.
5) Consultancy on curriculum and course Design/Materials Design.
