I want to know about the eligibility and syllabus for MBL program of NLISU

The National Law School of India University (NLSIU) offers master of Business laws for the duration of 2 years through the distance education mode.
To be eligible for the courses the candidate should have done graduation in any discipline from any recognized university.

Second Year:

Investment Laws
Insurance Laws
Law relating to Foreign Trade
Intellectual Property Law
Taxation of Corporations
