I recently shifted to New Jersey and want to know some details about the New Jersey State Police (NJSP). Will you please tell me what the use of 212A Form of NJ State Police also provide me that form and provide me contact details and address of NJ State Police?

The New Jersey State Police (NJSP) is the state police force for the U.S. state of New Jersey. The 212A Form should be used only after consultation with your local Police Department or the State Agency that is responsible for the type of licensing needed. You must first obtain an Originating Agency Identifier (ORI) Number from the licensing department to complete this form. Incorrect ORI Number may result in non-processing of your form. Each submission costs $20.00.
