1. Study the system based on following points

a. Purpose & Motivation
b. Users of system
c. Functional and Non functional Requirements
d. Functionality / Modules
e. Tools and Technology for the development

2. Analyse your system based on following points
a. Behavioural Analysis -Use Case Diagram
b. Structural Analysis - Data Flow Diagram (at least up to level-1)

3. Prepare E-R diagram and design the database.

4. First Phase Design: Design and implement basic modules like login form,
home page etc.

5. Second Phase Design: Design and implement remaining modules of the
respective systems.

6. Merge the entire task to make final project.

7. Perform Testing of your Product

8. Estimate the cost of the Product

9. Case study based on Decision Support System (DSS).
