Instructions for second spot admission to m. Tech programmes Against the vacant seats after first spot admission

Principle for second SPOT admission on 30.07.2014
1) Only GATE qualified candidates are allowed for all specializations except Industrial Ceramic, Mining Engineering
and Safety Engineering.
2) Non-GATE candidates with B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering for M.Tech in Industrial Ceramics, Mining Engineering
for M.Tech in Mining Engineering and any branch of B.Tech for M.Tech in Safety Engineering.
3) Any GATE subject is eligible for Safety Engineering.

Preference for admission to M.Tech in Industrial Ceramics, Mining Engineering and Safety Engineering:

a) GATE candidates in CR, MN and CH respectively
b) Non-GATE but B.Tech in CR, MN and CH respectively
c) GATE subjects of all other branches
