The NIT Arunachal Pradesh was established in 2010.

It is one of top Engineering Colleges in Arunachal Pradesh State.

It is one of the 31 National Institutes of Technology in India.

The NIT Arunachal Pradesh offers Ph.D Degree in following disciplines:

Engineering
Science
Humanities & Social Sciences (HSS)

Eligibility Criteria:
Engineering:
Master Degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent with minimum 60% marks from recognized University

Science:
Master Degree in Science with minimum 60% marks from recognized University

Humanities & Social Sciences (HSS):
Master Degree in Humanities & Social Science with minimum 55% marks from recognized University

Age Limit:
30 to 50 Years

Intakes:
January and July every year

Advertisements are issued in September/October for the even semester, and February/March for the odd semester.

Duration of Ph.D Program:
Minimum 4 Semesters (2 Years) and Maximum 6 Years for Full Time and 7 Years for Part Time
