MBA (Master in Business Administration) Full Time Program in Nirma University is a two-year full-time residential programme, which follows trimester system.


The first year consists of core courses. The second year consists of a few core courses and several elective courses. A summer project is scheduled at the end of the first year.


The programme offers dual specializations (major and minor) in the second year. Important themes running across courses are: Internationalism, Business, Ethics and Information Management.


MBA (Full Time)

Eligibility:
A three-year bachelor's degree (10+2+3) or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.

One appearing in the final year of Bachelor Degree can also apply provided one furnishes the proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria.

One should have appeared in all the exams of graduation by the time of commencement of the programme.

One failing to meet the minimum eligibility criteria will be asked to withdraw from the programme. The tuition fee paid by such candidates will be forfeited unless such vacant seats are filled by other candidates.


Selection Process

One will be finally selected for admission based on the candidates' performance in the CAT, TDP, Personal Interview and Academic Performance in X, XII and graduation and work experience.


The following weightage will be given for each component of the selection criteria and composite scores will be computed based on the selection criteria.

• Common Admission Test: 60%
• Personal Interview: 20%
• Theme Development & Presentation: 10%
• Academic Performance: 10%

An additional score up to 5 points will also be given for full-time relevant work experience in a professional organization.

Available: 240

Up to 15% of the intake is allocated for admission to NRI/NRI sponsored students. Over and above the Intake of 240, 15% (Supernumerary) seats are also allocated for admissions to Persons of Indian Origin, Foreign Nationals and Children of Indian Workers of Gulf Countries/South East Asia.
