Nirma University is a statutory university established in 2003

It is recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act.


It offers Ph.D. External course in these disciplines:

Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management

Eligibility:
Must have Master's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade from recognized University

Candidate should have at least three years full-time teaching experience in management or related discipline

Admission criteria:
An entrance test will be conducted for admission which will be followed by an interview

The weightage of the selection will be as under
(i) Weightage for Entrance Test: 35%
(ii) Weightage for Personal Interview: 65%
(iii) Sub component weightage in Personal Interview shall be as under:
Literature Survey – 35%
Innovation in Research – 20%
Discussion – 10%
