According to me Scale of Pay for NIMS university faculty position will be set as per University Norms but we can say that this university offer highly competitive salaries to its staff , here I am providing old salary structure for your idea :

Principal Salary: 90000/- pm.
Professors Salary: 80000/- pm.
Associate Professors Salary: 75000/- pm.
Assistant Professors Salary: 40000/- pm.
Tutors Salary: 15000/- pm.
