Can I do MCA Course from the NIT Warangal? I have completed BCA and preparing for NIMCET Entrance Exam. So can I take admission at NIT Warangal through NIMCET for MCA Program? If I can’t take admission through this Entrance Exam, give the information about Entrance Exam which is accepted by the NIT.

NIMCET entrance exam by the National Institute of Technology (NIT) on rotation basis such as Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Durgapur, Tiruchirappalli & Warangal. Key dates Online application form release 1st March 2018 Last date to submit the online application form 7th April2018 (upto 5:00 PM) Availability of admit card 15th May to 25th May 2018 Date of Exam 27th May 2018 (10 AM to 12 Noon) Answer key release 28th May 2018 Publication of Result 6th June 2018 Counselling starts 11th June 2018 Fee: The application fee is non-refundable in any circumstances. The application fee for OPEN/OBC will be Rs.2200/- and Rs. 1100/- for SC/ST/PwD. Application fee can be paid through Credit card/Debit card/Net banking. Eligibility Criteria Applicants should hold B.Sc / B.Sc (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum 3 years full-time OR B.E / B.Tech or equivalent from a recognized University. Students who have completed B.Sc / B.Sc (Hons)/BCA/ BIT of 3 years from Open Universities are also eligible to apply. Exam Pattern Duration of Exam: The total time given for whole exam is two hours. Exam Mode: The exam will be organized through pen and paper based mode. Language: The question paper will be asked in English language only. Types of Questions: It will be based on Multiple Choice Question. Total Questions: Total of 120 questions will be asked. Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be given for each correct answer. Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
