the Strategic Human Resource Management Program (SHRM) - Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad offered by NIIT Imperia prepare for HR Leadership roles in a dynamic and global corporate environment with comprehensive coverage of all the aspects of Human Resource, focusing on HR Challenges.

The program is designed with a mix of experience sharing, real life case discussions, assignments and industry/research based projects besides the lectures in class.

Eligibility
Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks (Aggregate) and must be working for at least 5 years

Selection
One is selected on the basis of their performance in the Program Aptitude Test (PAT) to be conducted by NIIT Imperia, together with the assessment of background and motivation.
Selected applicants need to resubmit the latest proof of current employment at the time of Registration

Program Structure & Contents:

Program is broadly divided into modules encompassing fundamentals of Human Resource management, functional expertise, contemporary issues and strategic aspects. The modules are as follows:
1. Theoretical foundations of HRM
2. Market, Business, Competition and Strategy
3. Design of HR systems for Competitive Advantage
4. Managing Growth: People agenda
5. HR for Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures
6. HRM for service organization HRM for corporate globalization
8. Managing Turnaround
9. HRM for entrepreneurial organizations
10. Learning and Innovation

Program Design & Duration

Duration: Six Month
Frequency: Once a week
Class schedule: Saturday 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Delivery: Through Classes at NIIT Imperia centre for Advanced Learning in your City, using synchronous Learning Technology platform. In addition, there will be two mandatory campus visits at IIM Ahmedabad. 2 days at the start of the program and 2 days towards the mid of the program
