I was participated in National Institute of Fashion Technology written test, now I am looking for result, is NIFT announced result or not, how can I get that result, please provide here???

Of course National Institute of Fashion Technology declared written test result here is procedure to get NIFT written test result:

Visit to the official website of National Institute of Fashion Technology
Click on “Result of Written Entrance Examination” option
Then
Enter Roll No
Enter Date of Birth
Application No
Click on submit
