My brother is doing preparation for the NID PG entrance exam. So I am searching for the NID PG entrance exam question papers. Will you please tell me from where I can download last 5 year papers of the NID PG entrance exam?

The syllabus of National Institute of Design (NID) Design Aptitude Test (DAT) for admission in Master in Design Program on which the question paper is based is as follows: NID DAT Syllabus for Prelims Outline for beginners Lettering Innovation in design Principles of composition Inspiration & design development Form & function Elements & principles of design Optical illusion Visual logic Natural & geometrical form Graphics & pictograms Innovation & creation Imagination & doodling Exercises on imagination Lateral thinking Expression & emotion Use of measurements, scale & proportions Memory drawing Inspiration & creativity Foreshortening & perspective Creative thinking & writing Theme development Picture analysis Design theory Mood, theme & colour inter-relationship Colour psychology & optical illusions Understanding light & shade Colour terminology Good design vs. bad design Colour, pattern & texture Developing observation Design awareness 3D visualization Presentation techniques Story pictures Usage of colour in compositions Developing themes & colour associations Optical illusion Ornaments & motifs Drawing fundamentals NID DAT Exam Pattern for Prelims: Exam duration - 3 hours Maximum marks - 100 Mode - Pen and paper test Language - English Negative marking No NID DAT Prelims consisted of following two parts - Part I: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) marked out of 70 points. This part had questions with one or more than one correct answers. The responses of this part were recorded on an Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) sheet and evaluated digitally.
