You want dates of NID entrance exam for year 2013 so for this year its exam dates is still not published yet but I am providing you tentative dates of exam:

Issuing of forms starts from: Mid October
Last date for receiving completed forms by NID : Mid November
Design Aptitude Test for PGDPD: January 1st week
Design Aptitude Test for GDPD: January 1st week
Call letters for this phase of the interview by: March 1st week
Dates of the studio tests/ interviews GDPD: Mid April
Dates of the studio tests/ interviews PGDPD: Mid April

NID DAT Exam Pattern

It comprises two parts:

Part 1: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) marked out of 30 marks

Part 2: Subjective questions marked out of 70 marks.

The final stage of NID DAT, Mains, involves tests in different formats such as drawing/ sketching, hands-on model making, group discussions and presentations.
