You want to get application form to apply at National Institute of Design so here is applying procedure:

For the academic year 2013–2014, the last
date for receiving the completed application
forms at NID is November 2, 2012
Design aptitude test for GDPD JANUARY 20, 2013
Design aptitude test for PGDPD JANUARY 19, 2013

Hall Ticket/ Call Letter will be posted by December 10, 2012.
Those who do not receive the call letters by December 31, 2012 may in touch with NID’s Admissions Cell at phone (079) 2662 3462 or email admissions@nid.edu

Admission is on the basis of NID’s method of selection, which
extends beyond the students previous academic qualifications. The
NID Admission Committee systematically seeks evidence of the
perception, attitude, aptitude, achievement and motivation essential
for a challenging and satisfying design career.
