Association of Private Medical and Dental Colleges of U.P. conducts UPCAT Exam for providing admission in BDS course . Important Event to UPCAT Dental 2016 (tentative) : Dates UPCAT BDS Application Form will be available in participating colleges from: First week of January 2016 Last date of submission of completed forms. 2nd week of May 2016 Date of Exam 3rd week of May 2016 UPCAT BDS Examination Pattern Subject Questions Marks Physics 50 50 Chemistry 50 50 Zoology 50 50 Botany 50 50 All questions will be objective type with Multiple choices. Only one option will be the correct answer. Each correct answer will be awarded one (1) mark. Zero (0) marks shall be given to no response. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answer or more than one choice indicated against a question. |

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) will be organized by the Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh at state level for admission in the first year of engineering, architecture, pharmacy, design, management, computer applications, etc. It also offers admission in lateral entry in B.Tech, B.Pharma and MCA courses. Various government as well as private institutions of Uttar Pradesh state consider the UPSEE/UPTU scores for providing admissions. UPSEE 2020 Important Dates UPSEE 2020 Registration starts 4th week of January 2020 UPSEE 2020 Registration Over 4th week of March 2020 Date of Examination May 10, 2020 Results Declaration 1st week of June 2020 Counselling Begins 4th week of June 2020 UPSEE B. Tech Eligibility Criteria One must have qualified the intermediary or Class 12 exam from any recognized Board/ Institution in the state of Uttar Pradesh or outside with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in the subjects of Physics, mathematics, and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject. One is also required to have passed in the above-mentioned subjects without grace. Indian National candidates are eligible to apply. No age limit to apply for UPSEE. NRI, PIO, Foreign Nationals, Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries & Kashmiri Migrants can also apply. One appearing in the qualifying exam is also eligible to apply. UPSEE Exam Pattern Exam Mode: It will be conducted through offline (pen and paper based) mode. Type of questions: Objective multiple type questions will be asked in the examination except for drawing test. Duration: Its duration will be total three hours. Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will fetch four marks. More than one answers for the particular question will be considered as incorrect answer. Negative Marking: There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. |
