Re: Gujarat PGCET

The Gujarat PGCET is conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) for the ME seats in government, Grant-in-aid and self-financed institutes in the state of Gujarat.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed B.E/B.Tech in their respective disciplines with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST/SEBC candidates) in order to be eligible for Gujarat PGCET.
Candidates must have passed their Class 12 and qualifying exam in the state of Gujarat to be eligible for Gujarat PGCET 2018.

Engineering Stream
Electronics and Communication (EC)
Environmental Engineering (EN)
Computer Engineering and Information Technology (CO)
Civil Engineering (CE)
Mechatronics Engineering (MC)
Textile Engineering (ME)
Mechanical Engineering (ME)
Instrumentation and Controls (IC)
Chemical Engineering (CH)
Electrical Engineering (EE)

Examination Pattern :

Candidates will have 90 minutes to attempt all the questions in the examination.
The question paper will only be provided in the English language.
There will be a total of 100 questions in the examination.
All the questions will be of Multiple Choice Type (MCQs).
Total marks of the exam will be 100.
For each correct answer, 1 mark will be allocated and no negative marking will be done for choosing the incorrect answer option.
