Eligibility:

To be appear in NET exam, Candidate must have:

• At least 55% marks in Masters Degree OR equivalent examination from a recognized Universities/Institutions in any discipline.

• who have appearing at the qualifying Masters degree (final year) examination and whose result is still awaited
OR

• whose qualifying examinations have been delayed may also apply for UGC-NET exam.


Exam Deadline:

NET December 2014 exam dates

Date of close of deposit of fee - 22.08.2014

Date of close of On-line submission of Application - 23.08.2014

Last date of receipt of duly completed hard copy of online application in the Examination Unit - 29.08.2014

Last date of receipt of duly completed hard copy of online application in the Examination Unit from remote areas - 04.09.2014

Last Date for receipt of written request for change of Examination Centre only on merit basis: September 24, 2014 (Wednesday)

Tentative date of Publication of list of candidates registered for test on CSIR, HRDG website: October 31,2014 (Friday).

Last date for accepting of representation about non-registration for this test:
November 07, 2014 (Friday).

Issue of e-Admission Certificate to registered candidates: Mid December, 2014.

Date of Single MCQ Examination: December 21, 2014 (Sunday)
