Here is the procedure for getting UGC NET Exam online application from:

Go to the official website of UGC NET
Now first of all login if you registered user, if you are not registered then first register then login & get application form before the last date
Dates for 2014, are over so you can not get application right now

Last date for applying online and generation of filled bank challan for fee:
May 5 2014
Last date of submission of fee through online generated bank challan, at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI):
May 7 2014
Last date of taking printout of application form, attendance slip and admit card:
May 10 2014
Last date for receiving the printout of online application form: May 15 2014
Examination date: June 29 2014
