The North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences is an autonomous Postgraduate Medical Institute situated in Shillong.

Important Dates
Date of NEIGRIHMS MBBS Entrance Exam 2014: The exam will be held on 13th July.
Declaration of results – 14 July, 2014.
1st counselling – 21st July, 2014.
2nd counselling – 28th July, 2014.
3rd counselling – 8th September, 2014.

Eligibility
Applicant must be a Resident Indian National and Permanent Resident/Domicile of one of the 8 Northeastern states of India including Sikkim.

Applicant has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year M.B.B.S.

Aspirants should have studied and completed their course in the schools located in India in the preceding two years.

The applicant must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology (or Botany and Zoology) and English individually with a minimum of 50% marks
