Sorry to say but Girls are not eligible to appear for NDA exam. Only unmarried male candidate are eligible to sit in written exam. Girls are not allowed to apply for NDA.

Eligibility for NDA Exam

Sex & Marital Status
Must be Unmarried male Candidate

Age between
Age must be in between 16 ½ to 19 yrs

Qualification
Must have passed 12th Class of 10+2 System of Education/Equivalent for Army and with Physics and Maths for AF/Navy

Union Public Service Commission every year holds an entrance examination for admission in National Defense Academy

Applicants select in Army, Navy and, Air force on the behalf of NDA.

Eligibility :-

• Students must have pass Class 12 from a recognized board in India with subjects of Physics and Mathematics.

• Students aged between 16 ½ and 19 ½ years of age as on first day of the month in which the course is to commence.

Girls are not eligible for the National Defense Academy exam .

Only unmarried applicants are eligible for the National Defense Academy exam .

Exam Syllabus:-

The exam will be divided into papers i.e. Paper I (Mathematics)
Paper II (General Ability Test).

General Ability Test will be further divided into two parts that include English and General Knowledge.

•General Knowledge: - The GK paper will include subjects like Physics, Chemistry, General Science, Social Studies, Geography and

•Mathematics:- Algebra, Matrices & Determinants, Trigonometry, Analytical Geometry of Two & Three Dimensions, Different Calculus, Integral Calculus & Different Equations, Vector Algebra and Statistics & Probability.

•English: - The English paper will be designed to test students’ proficiency in the languages with verbal reasoning and usage of grammar.

•Current Events. For all the mentioned subjects in the paper, the syllabus will be from 10+2 level.
